The Faith Outreach Team works with Baltimore’s large and diverse faith communities. They are tasked with supporting faith institutions in their work across city neighborhoods. This team recognizes the important role that faith institutions play as community pillars across all neighborhoods in the city.

The team works with institutions of all faiths to ensure that they are connected to city government. They are tasked with ensuring faith communities have access to city resources and that their voices are heard and included in the creation of policy. 

The team advises the Mayor and Senior Leadership on religious matters. They coordinate mayoral visits to churches, synagogues, masjids and temples across the city and organize faith events with city leadership.
